Job Details:
Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, a minimum of 40 hours per week
Required Qualifications: Degree from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program; active state Physical Therapy license or eligibility for licensure; 1 year of experience; strong communication, interpersonal, and clinical reasoning skills; commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care
Preferred Qualifications: Experience treating orthopedic, neurological, or post-surgical patients; familiarity with EMR systems such as Raintree
Additional Information: The role involves maintaining a caseload of approximately 50 visits per week with support of AI-driven documentation tools; contributes to a culture of clinical learning and peer support; opportunities for career advancement in clinical and leadership pathways are available
