• Number of Beds : 50 beds 4 Operating rooms
• Patient Ratios : 1:1
• Unit staffing description- (unit secretaries and tech availability) : Coordinator
• Type of equipment : Stryker/ microscope/ Neptune/ carm
• Documentation system: Epic
• Scheduling requirements: 6:45am-3:15p or 6:45am-5:15p
• Floating policy: float to main if slow
• Patient Experience requirements: Child and parent care model
• Hospital Specifics-
• Certifications: BLS

Hiring profile

• Requested Skill Set: RN or CST prefer pediatrics
• Must have:
• Advanced skills needed: general trauma pediatric, ortho, ENT, neuro skill set circulate or scrub
• Procedures performed on unit: Pediatric general, ortho, ENT, eyes, and neuro surgery
• Certifications Required: BLS and ACLS
