Shift: Days 8a-5p with weekend and holiday rotation

Requirements: MS OT license, BLS, 1+ years experience in pediatric OT; permanent address +50mi from facility.

Position is primarily outpatient, but weekend/holiday rotations as well as high cancel days would include some acute care submissions. Submissions lacking all requirements will be rejected.
