The ideal candidate will have expertise in telemetry and managing patients with cardiac drips, stroke/neuro background, and experience in thoracic surgeries and IR procedural patients. • Provide patient care for diverse medical conditions including cardiac, neurological, and post-surgical needs.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams such as IV Teams, Physical Therapy, Respiratory Services, and Pharmacy.
• Maintain accurate patient records and communicate effectively with team members.

Required:

• Current State of Illinois Registered Professional Nurse
• American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS)
• 1 year of direct experience
• Years of Experience: 2
• COVID-19 Vaccine: Required - Medical Exemptions Only
• Flu Vaccine: Required - No Exemptions
• BSN required for specific facilities, ASN or BSN accepted at all other facilities in the health system
