Position: Intermediate Care (IMCU) RN
Schedule: Days, 6:30 AM-7:00 PM (block scheduling is never guaranteed)
Experience: 2+ years IMCU/PCU with documented travel experience
Required: Active NY RN license, AHA BLS, ACLS and NIHSS; EPIC experience; skills checklist matching specialty
Unit: 64-bed IMCU with 15 designated neuro beds; adults 18 and over
Duties: Care for neuro, cardiac, trauma and respiratory patients including COPD, DKA, sepsis, MI, CV stepdown and post-op; manage temporary pacers, chest tubes, arterial lines, BiPAP and chronic vents with RT support
Note: Floating required; navy blue scrubs; 75-mile radius rule
Facility: MVHS - Wynn Hospital, Utica NY
