We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse to join the Progressive Care Unit (PCU) team in Winston-Salem, NC. The ideal candidate will have expertise in cardiology with a focus on acute coronary syndromes and heart failure. This role involves hands-on care in a dynamic and supportive environment.

• Patient Ratios: RN 1:4-5, CNA 1:11-14

• Monitor and manage patients with acute coronary syndromes, heart failure, and other cardiac conditions
• Perform arrhythmia management and care for post-cardiac cath and EP procedure patients
• Titrate medications including Argatroban, Digoxin, and Diltiazem
• Document accurately and timely in the EMR system

Required:

• 1 year of experience in Cardiology
• BLS, ACLS, NIHSS certifications
• Proficiency in cardiac rhythm interpretation and post-procedural care

Preferred:

• Comfortable with medication titration

• Supportive departmental culture with team-oriented environment
