Registered Nurse

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our PCU Float Pool, specializing in providing high-quality patient care within diverse clinical environments. This role requires flexibility and adaptability, as the nurse will float to various units across multiple locations as needed.

• Night Shift: 3x12 Hours (19:00 - 07:30)
• Weekends may be required

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in a Progressive Care Unit (PCU) setting.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Monitor, record, and report changes in patients' conditions.
• Administer medications, treatments, and procedures in accordance with established protocols.
• Utilize technology and electronic health records for documentation and communication.

• Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience required.
• Experience in a PCU or similar environment preferred.
• Current BLS, ACLS, and NIH certifications required.
• Proficient in starting intravenous (IV) lines and telemetry monitoring.
• EPIC experience is mandatory.
• Willingness to float to different units and locations as necessary.

• WB Permit: Budget-friendly option providing weekend/holiday access to select garages and shuttle service to the hospital.
• CXS Permit: Provides weekend/holiday access to specific garages and select surface lots.
