Registered Nurse - IMC/PCU/Stepdown

Wichita Falls, TX Acute Care

Contract Nights 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM Alternating 36/48-hour weekly schedule (84 hours biweekly expected)

• Provide direct patient care in an IMC/PCU/Stepdown setting with primary float support to Med Surg
• Adapt to flexible scheduling, including weekend shifts as needed, which may include most weekends during the contract
• Adhere to an alternating 36/48-hour weekly schedule; must agree to this schedule structure prior to placement
• Complete orientation modules as required; modules are completed during orientation and recorded via Oracle
• Maintain compliance with all facility documentation requirements, with hard documents due no later than 3 business days prior to start

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license - license must be in hand prior to start
• ACLS, BLS, NIHSS certifications required at time of submission
• Nursys verification required at time of submission
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience required
• Must be available to complete required lab items within 72 hours of accepting an offer, or have a documented plan in place
• Must live more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible

• Prior travel nursing experience strongly preferred
• Experience with Epic EMR strongly preferred
• Comfort with float assignments and adaptable scheduling

• Expected 84 hours biweekly with a structured alternating schedule in a dynamic acute care environment
