80% outpatient and 20% inpatient
coverage across two rural clinic locations. The patient population includes all ages with general orthopedic and medical conditions. Schedule: Monday–Friday 8- or 10-hour shifts 1-hour unpaid lunch Rotating weekends, less than once per month Kooskia is approximately 25 miles from Grangeville
Requirements:
2+ years of PT experience Valid state license required at submission 2 professional references required Wound care certification preferred if providing wound care
