Position: Outpatient Physical Therapist
Location: Tucson, Arizona
Schedule: Days, 8 hours per shift, with a minimum of 40 hours per week
Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school; 1+ year of outpatient clinical experience; CPR certification; active applicable license for Arizona; successful completion of an assignment with the agency (highly desired) or with the organization (nice to have).
Responsibilities include completing comprehensive patient evaluations, documenting medical records accurately and timely, developing individualized treatment goals, participating in student programs, and pursuing professional development through continuing education.
Must adhere to State Practice Act and regulatory agency standards, maintaining licensure in good standing.
Demonstrates commitment to organizational performance improvement initiatives and safety standards, including safe patient handling and infectious disease protocols.
Professional behavior and compliance with ethical standards are mandatory.
