Preferred Qualifications: Successful completion of previous assignments with the agency or organization is highly desired; previous experience with the organization is nice to have
Additional Information: Performs comprehensive patient evaluations and develops individualized treatment plans aligned with patient needs and discharge goals. Ensures documentation is accurate, timely, and compliant with regulations. Participates in student and professional development activities and adheres to state practice acts and organizational standards. Maintains licensure in good standing and engages in continuing education. Demonstrates commitment to safety, performance improvement, and organizational values.
