Schedule: Day shift, 8 hours per day, minimum 40 hours per week.
Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an Accredited School; 1+ Year of Outpatient Clinical Experience; CPR Certification; active state license; minimum 0 years of experience.
Preferred Qualifications: Has successfully completed an assignment with your agency previously (highly desired); has successfully completed an assignment with the organization previously (nice to have); not a recent graduate.
Additional Information: The employee will perform comprehensive patient evaluations, develop treatment plans focused on discharge goals, complete accurate documentation in compliance with guidelines, participate in student training, and pursue ongoing professional development to meet organizational objectives.
