Active PT license required; note that Colorado does not accept the compact PT license — an active Colorado state license is required if applicable New graduates will not be considered for this position Outpatient PT experience preferred Date of birth required for consideration Additional Information
First-time travelers will not be considered for this position Candidates residing within 50 miles of the facility will be considered at a local pay rate Any overtime hours must be pre-approved by the director before being worked
