This hospital is affiliated with the largest health system in CA and a national leader in non‑profit exceptional patient care. Our client has partnered with our firm to fill multiple critical positions in their rapidly expanding surgical unit.

Responsibilities

• Assessing, planning, organizing, and participating in rehabilitative programs to enhance vocational, homemaking, and daily living skills, promoting independence in individuals with disabilities or developmental delays.
• Building rapport and fostering cooperation among patients, their families/support groups, and healthcare providers through comprehensive patient assessment, attentive monitoring and care, and clear communication.
• Ensuring adherence to all local/state/federal regulations, codes, policies, and procedures to safeguard patient privacy and safety while delivering exceptional care.
• Providing clinical supervision for assistants and aides, and serving as a clinical instructor for assigned students.

Job Requirements

• Education: Graduation from an accredited occupational therapy program.
• Certification & Licensure: OT - Occupational Therapist, BLS - Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of recent relevant experience.
