Call: 3-4 call shifts every 6 weeks for 8 hours each
Duration: 13-weeks
ASAP start (exact date dependent on EPIC experience/training schedule)
REQUIREMENTS:
• Must have Active VA or Compact License in hand at submission
• BLS
• 2 years experience in OR
• Level II Trauma center preferred experience with Trauma, neuro, ortho spine
*EPIC: OP TIME (OR) TRAVELER
VACCINE INFO:
- The Flu vaccine is required during flu season. (Oct 1st - Mar 31st).
- If your traveler is requesting a religious or medical Flu exemption, it will be the responsibility of the agency to ensure the traveler’s request complies with CMS guidelines. Qualivis will review/approve each request with supporting documentation
