We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse with expertise in Women's and Robotics surgery to deliver outstanding patient care in a dynamic and supportive environment.Responsibilities

• Provide direct and individualized nursing care to patients based on the application of scientific nursing principles in the Operating Room.
• Assist in surgical procedures, ensuring all necessary equipment and supplies are available and functioning properly.
• Monitor patients' vital signs and respond to any changes in patient condition during surgical procedures.
• Collaborate with the surgical team to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Educate patients and their families about surgical procedures and postoperative care.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an Operating Room setting.
• Current RN license with Nursys verification.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification required.
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification required.
• Experience with Women's and Robotics surgery is mandatory.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
