• Required Qualifications: - Minimum 3 years' experience in operating room settings, including general surgery, trauma, neuro, orthopedic, plastic, transplant, and urology cases; BLS certification; Active Illinois license (or in application process); required certifications including CNOR and CST, and relevant clinical skills in laparoscopic, robotic, and specific specialty procedures.
• Preferred Qualifications: Cerner experience, Level I trauma experience.
• Additional Job Details: Ability to work within scope and occasionally float as needed; on-call required once per week; no guarantee of guaranteed hours beyond scheduled shifts; candidate must review and understand RTO requests and hospital policies on time off; completion of required modules prior to start; virtual orientation day on first day of assignment.
• Special Requirements: All candidates must have acute care, trauma, and general OR experience, including specific surgical procedures listed. Candidates must also comply with pre-employment screening and licensing requirements.
