Large skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting in Monterey County, CA Flex schedule: Sunday–Thursday or Tuesday–Saturday 13-week contract May require floating to a sister facility within walking distance Requirements
Active CA OT license required (or in process under the 60-Day Rule); license required if applicable BLS/BCLS certification required SNF experience preferred; new graduates are welcome Strong documentation and time-management skills Flexible and collaborative mindset Additional Information
Evaluate and treat SNF patients across a variety of cases Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team Complete clinical documentation in Net Health per facility standards Mentorship is available for newer clinicians
