Position within the Physical Therapy department (unit 762) Day shift schedule 13-week contract assignment Requirements
Minimum 6 months of experience within the last 6 months in the applicable role Active OT license required if applicable No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months Current BLS certification accepted from AHA or ARC, with no certifications expiring within the first 30 days of start Additional Information
Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible, no exceptions for local candidates
