Provide occupational therapy services within an inpatient rehabilitation unit (ARU) Evaluate and treat patients to restore functional independence and improve quality of life Document patient progress and treatment plans accurately using Epic EMR Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate patient care Float to acute care units as needed based on facility demands Required Qualifications
Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license valid in the state of Michigan Minimum of 1 year of occupational therapy experience Proficiency or ability to quickly learn Epic EMR Ability to work Monday through Friday with potential holiday shifts Preferred Experience / Skills
Prior experience in an inpatient rehabilitation (IPR) setting strongly preferred Comfort with floating to acute care units as needed Why Join Us
