Contract | 13-Week Travel Assignment | Days | Monday–Friday with potential holiday coverage | 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM Key Responsibilities
Provide occupational therapy services to patients within an inpatient rehabilitation unit setting Evaluate, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs to support patient recovery and functional independence Document patient progress and treatment plans accurately using Epic EMR Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate patient care and discharge planning Float to acute care units as needed based on facility staffing requirements Required Qualifications
Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license valid in the state of Michigan Minimum of 1 year of occupational therapy experience Proficiency or ability to work with Epic EMR Ability to work Monday through Friday with potential holiday shifts Preferred Experience / Skills
Prior experience in an inpatient rehabilitation (IPR) setting strongly preferred Comfort and flexibility with floating to acute care units as needed Why Join Us
