Multi-modality position covering home health, outpatient, and acute care settings Work is distributed across area facilities and includes home health visits, all within a 60-mile radius Monday–Friday day shift schedule, 4x10-hour shifts per week No on-call requirements Requirements
Current, active Occupational Therapist license (license required if applicable) Strong general OT experience required, including post-op, sports injury, and geriatrics Outpatient experience is required; combined outpatient and inpatient experience is preferred Two supervisory references (supervisor, manager, or director level) preferred for consideration Completed skills checklist required for consideration Additional Information
Position covers a broad geographic service area, with all facilities and home health visits located within a 60-mile radius 13-week contract
