Travel Occupational Therapist - Acute Care Hospital

American Traveler is hiring an Occupational Therapist for a hospital setting, providing coverage across both inpatient rehabilitation and acute care units.

Requirements

• Active Occupational Therapist license required, if applicable
• Current certifications required at time of consideration
• Crisis Prevention training may be required depending on unit assignment
• Must meet minimum experience requirements for the position
• Valid driver's license required for consideration
• Social Security Number and date of birth required for consideration

Responsibilities

• Acute care hospital setting covering inpatient rehabilitation and acute units
• Shift schedule of 08:00-20:30, 5x8-hour shifts weekly (40 hrs/week)
• Must be open to work any day of the week as self-scheduling is not offered
• Cerner EMR experience required and must be listed in EMR experience and employment history
• Provide critical therapy coverage across inpatient rehab and acute care settings
• Keep requested time off (RTO) to less than 7 days
• Candidates must live within a 50-mile radius or be willing to accept local rate terms
• Returning Tenet employees or travelers must disclose prior employment history at the facility
