Travel Job Summary:

Occupational Therapist (OT) specializing in Home Health services in Grand Island, Nebraska. Job Details:

Location: Grand Island, Nebraska

Schedule: Days shifts, Monday through Friday or able to do a shifted schedule Tuesday-Saturday or Sunday-Thursday

Shift Hours: 8 hours per day

Minimum Hours Per Week: 40 hours

Start Date: 08/24/2026

Required Qualifications: Completion of an accredited speech/language pathology program preferred; prior work experience in a rehabilitation or geriatrics setting preferred; BLS Certification; minimum of 1 year of experience; licensed to practice in the state of Nebraska.

Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with elderly or rehabilitation populations preferred.

Supervisory Responsibilities: None specified.

Additional Information:

Administers and performs therapeutic interventions with clients in home health and skilled nursing facility settings.

Assesses client needs, develops therapy plans, and documents observations and services.

Collaborates with physicians and interdisciplinary team members, provides client and family training, and supervises therapy assistants as applicable.

Follows infection control and safety standards, utilizes appropriate techniques, and maintains client confidentiality.

Operates using Net Health and HCHB software systems.

Must be at least 18 years of age and able to communicate effectively in English.
