Job Details:

Required Qualifications: Master's degree in Occupational Therapy (OTD)
obtained license on or after January 2007 or foreign equivalent; two years' occupational therapy experience; Occupational Therapy licensure in the state of practice; Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor; ICU experience; 1 year acute care experience

Additional Information: The role includes completing evaluations, establishing treatment plans, providing therapy interventions, ensuring comprehensive documentation, supervising assistants, and performing other related duties in accordance with department objectives.
