Location: Bethel, Alaska

Position: Occupational Therapist (Inpatient)

Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week

Required Qualifications: Bachelors degree from an accredited occupational therapy program; current Alaska license or license in good standing from another state with pending Alaska licensure; current certification by the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT); current BLS certification; ability to read, analyze, and interpret medical literature; effective communication skills for diverse cultural settings; periodic self-assessment responsibilities.

Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in inpatient settings, familiarity with culturally diverse populations, strong documentation skills.

Additional Information: Private housing is not provided; shared accommodations only, no pets allowed. Airfare is paid initially and reimbursed upon arrival. Candidate must provide flight itinerary at least one week in advance. Immigration and immunization documentation are required, including hepatitis, varicella, measles, mumps, rubella, T-Dap, and polio vaccines or titers. All credentials must be received and verified before onboarding. Orientation occurs Tuesdays and Wednesdays; travel arrangements cannot be made until all requirements are cleared.
