Travel Job Summary:
Occupational Therapist Outpatient in Danbury, Connecticut. This outpatient position involves providing neuro, orthopedic, and general outpatient therapy services. The role requires clinical expertise in outpatient settings and experience with neurological conditions, supporting patient recovery and functional improvement.
Job Details:
Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week.
Required Qualifications: Valid Connecticut occupational therapist (OT) license, at least 2 years of experience as an occupational therapist, minimum of 1 year of outpatient experience, neuro experience required.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience with LSVT (Lee Silverman Voice Treatment), experience using MoCA (Montreal Cognitive Assessment).
Additional Information: The position is located at 24 Hospital Avenue, Danbury, CT 06810. The work schedule varies, with department hours from Monday to Thursday 7 a.m. to 8 p.m., Friday 7 a.m. to 5 p.m., and includes two evenings per week, preferably Tuesday and Thursday. No weekends are required.
