Travel 100-mile radius rule. No more than 5 days of RTO. Unit: OT. License: AZ OT license in hand/active. Required Certs: AHA BLS. Case types: total joints, CVA, CHF, COPD, sepsis. Caseload: 8-10 per day. Setting: Acute Inpatient. Areas covered: ED & Med Surg. Required experience: Understanding of pathology, Lab values, interdisciplinary communication. Scheduling/weekends: 5x8's with flex weekend coverage 2-3 days/month, 4x10 (Sun-Wed or Wed-Sat). No Self Scheduling. Holidays: rotate. Scrub Color: Royal Blue.
