Contract | Days | 4x10-hour shifts (7:30 AM – 6:00 PM) | Rotating weekends | Holidays as needed Key Responsibilities
Provide occupational therapy services to acute inpatient and rehabilitation unit patients, with potential coverage in the ICU based on experience and need Treat a caseload of approximately 10–12 patients per day across diagnoses including orthopedic/total joints, neurological conditions, strokes, and general medical cases Deliver therapy services within both acute inpatient and rehab unit settings, with cross-coverage between units as assigned Document patient evaluations, treatment plans, and progress notes using EPIC EMR Participate in department-specific orientation, including working Monday–Friday during the onboarding period Required Qualifications
Active state licensure as an Occupational Therapist in Idaho (or eligibility to obtain) Current BLS certification Minimum of 1 year of licensed experience in acute inpatient or rehabilitation settings Proficiency with EPIC EMR Preferred Experience / Skills
Experience working with ICU patient populations Familiarity with orthopedic, neurological, and general medical patient diagnoses in a hospital setting Why Join Us
