Occupational Therapist Outpatient (OT OP) position located in LUTZ, Florida. Job Details:
Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week.
Required Qualifications: Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited school, 6 months to 1+ year of outpatient clinical experience, CPR certification, active applicable license for the state of Florida.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience with hand therapy, comfort making splints, and managing full hand caseloads.
Float: Float rotation may be required.
Additional Information: The candidate will be responsible for completing comprehensive patient evaluations, developing treatment plans aligned with medical and insurance guidelines, and documenting in compliance with state and federal regulations. Active participation in student education and ongoing professional development is expected. The role emphasizes safety, compliance, and adherence to organizational standards and codes of conduct.
