Key responsibilities include:
- Maintaining infection prevention and safe medication administration standards.
- Preparing patients for diagnostic tests or procedures and providing post-procedure monitoring.
- Supporting safe care transitions through handoffs and care plan updates.
- Coordinating patient care with physicians and clinical team members.
Qualifications and skills required:
- Minimum of 2+ years of relevant nursing experience.
- Strong knowledge of infection control, medication safety, and patient monitoring.
