Required Qualifications

• Registered Nurse, Telemetry
• Experience: 2 years
• Certifications: BLS-AHA; ACLS-AHA; CERT-NIH Stroke Scale
• SSN Required
• DOB Required
• Driver’s License Copy On-File
• Meditech EMR
• Flu Vaccine Required (Declinations accepted but must be from Religious Leader or Doctor)
