36hr DN Rotation, 7a-7:30p AND 7p-7:30a, E/O Weekend, E/O Holiday.
LOCAL VS TRAVEL: TALENT WHO RESIDE LESS THAN 50 MILES FROM THE FACILITY WILL BE AT A LOCAL RATE; THE LOCAL RATE IS $10 LESS THAN THE POSTED BILL RATE.
Required Exp: 2+ years recent acute care experience, MUST HAVE SURGICAL STEPDOWN EXPERIENCE AT A LEVEL 1 TRAUMA CENTER
IMCU/Stepdown experience, auto med dispensing and more than 1 previous travel assignment. Must be able to independently read and interpret telemetry rhythm strips. Tele test and CC Med test on day 1. Preferred Exp: Tertiary facility experience. Unit sees post-operative patients requiring intermediate care transferred from PACU or SICU and includes cardiothoracic surgery, vascular surgery, neurosurgery, trauma, and transplant patients. 38 beds with an average patient ratio of 1:3, 1:4 or 1:4-5 if MedSurg patients.
