- Required Licensure: Current RN License (Meets the criteria to be eligible for licensure in state of Missouri or currently licensed in the state of Missouri.)
- Required Certifications: BLS and ACLS from AHA only
- Preferred Certifications:
- Years of Experience: 1 year ICU
- Float Requirements: will float on a rotational basis to critical care cluster or med/surg
Unit Information:
- Number of Beds: 26
- Patient Ratios: 3:1 or 4:1
- Equipment: Philips monitors, chest tubes, art lines, wound vacs, drains, EVD's, Nicom, BIPAP, Airvo
- EMR: EPIC
Hiring Profile:
- Must Have Skills/Experience: 1 year ICU, inpatient only; this unit is an intermediate level ICU
- Preferred Skillset/Experience:
- Type of Patients on Unit: Neuro, trauma, alcohol withdraw, resp distress, insulin drips
- Personality Fit: Team player
