Position Summary
34-bed Stepdown / PCU unit seeking an experienced Registered Nurse. Patient ratios are typically 1:5, with floating required within scope of practice. Strict scheduling requires an 84-hour pay period split (3x12 one week, 4x12 the next week).
Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum two (2) years of current experience in the specialty required
- Active Kentucky or compact nursing license in hand at submission (No exceptions; locals not accepted—must reside at least 75 miles away)
- Required Certifications: AHA BLS, AHA ACLS, and NIH
- Compliance & Submission Rules: Valid Driver’s license (address must match permanent address and ARH coversheet), middle name confirmation required, strict limit of max 7 days RTO presented up front, and 2 required references completed within the last year (1 Charge or higher, 1 supervisor)
