Provide patient care in mixed units including PCU, Med Surg Tele and Med Surg (Ren 7 Acute‑PCU). Maintain 1:4 patient‑to‑nurse ratios on all shifts. Work 13 weeks with a 36‑hour week, rotating 12‑hour day or night shifts, with the option for 4 x 12‑hour rotations.
