- Up to date resume that includes 2+ years of experience in (specialty) and documents travel experience.
- 2 recent (specialty) Charge/Manager RN References
- Skills Checklist matching specialty. Will need Dysrhythmia exam for onboarding
- Drivers licenses with address that matches demographics
- Active NH or Compact RN license required at time of submission
- NURSYS Report Licenses verification with all active RN licenses
- RTO MUST be included at time of submission
- EMR Exp Preferred: Cerner: experience is preferred not required
- Current Certifications required: BLS required, NHISS needed prior to start., ACLS preferred
- 1 to2 yrs minimum Med surg experience is necessary. Would be open to Critical Care RN as long as fluent with care of med-surg ratios & acuity.
- Will need to pass Dysrhythmia exam w/ an 80% during onboarding
