Job Description
As a registered nurse - charge nurse (RN), you'll supervise other nurses and help care for patients. Working at a hospital, outpatient facility or another healthcare facility, you'll manage, lead, train and support the nursing staff. You will also help develop individualized treatment plans and treat and monitor patients. You'll play an essential role at your facility, providing moral support for patients, families, and staff and ensuring your patients receive safe, high-quality care.
