IMPORTANT! McLaren Northern has incorporated a strict 3‑strike attendance policy to advocate for their patient population. Any RN contractor who is absent from a scheduled shift or is more than 20 minutes late for their scheduled shift 3 times will be terminated effective immediately. Situations such as a communicable disease or hospitalization with supporting evidence will be reviewed in favor of the contractor. This policy will begin on 6/1/2024.

McLaren’s surgical services represent a full spectrum of procedures and tests across various specialties. General elective surgeries as well as critical or life‑saving procedures are what we excel at.

Submission Requirements

• 2+ Years of PACU experience – (REQUIRED)

Certification Requirements

• ACLS (AHA)
• BLS (AHA)
• PALS (AHA)

State License Requirements

• Michigan

Additional License Requirements

• Active at the time of submission
