RN Educator – Family Birthplace (C-SECTION OR CIRCULATION)
Berkshire Health System – MA
Days | 12hr Shifts | 36 or 48 hrs (state preference)
We are seeking an experienced RN Educator for the Family Birthplace Unit with a strong focus on Operating Room Circulation for C-Sections .
This is NOT a straight L&D bedside role. Candidates must have extensive experience circulating C-sections in the OR.
Required Experience
- ✔ High proficiency in C-Section OR Circulation
- ✔ Strong L&D surgical background
- ✔ Experience educating/training staff preferred
- ❌ Straight L&D RNs without OR circulation experience will NOT be considered
Required Certifications (Must be in hand)
- BLS
- ACLS
- NRP
- COVID vaccination (dose on/after 10/3/23) or approved exemption
Facility will NOT pend certifications upon offer.
Important Submission Requirements
- Must live 50+ miles from facility
- Permanent address required at submission
- Max 3 days RTO (must be declared upfront)
- Provide 2 specific interview dates/times (No “anytime”)
Additional Info
- 8 hrs non-billable orientation
- Holiday & OT multiplier: 1.25%
