- Unit staffing description: unit secretary on unit from 7 AM - 11 PM
- 3 CNAs for 33 patients; Charge RN each shift; Clinical Manager and Director
- Type of equipment: Electronic white boards, iPhones with iMobile; remote telemetry
- Documentation system: Meditech
- Scheduling requirements: 36 hours and every other weekend as needed
- Floating policy: Travelers are first to float
- Patient Experience requirements: Hourly rounds on day shift; 2 hour rounds after 9 pm
