MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg / Telemetry for an assignment in Torrington, Wyoming.

Responsibilities

Med‑Surg nurses provide care for adult patients before and after surgical procedures and treat patients receiving pharmacist‑managed treatments. They must be well‑versed in a wide range of medical conditions.

• Complete assignments made by physicians.
• Provide routine treatment and post‑surgical care.
• Assess changes in patient health status and perform various treatments.
• Administer medication.
• Maintain meticulous documentation to ensure continuity of care between nursing staff, physicians and other treatment team members.

Requirements

• Active RN license.
• Degree from an accredited nursing program.
• BLS certifications.
• At least eighteen months of recent experience in an acute care Med‑Surg setting.
• Other requirements as determined by the client facility.
