Job Summary
The healthcare organization is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) with a specialization in Medical Surgical with Telemetry in Macon, Georgia. The candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care on a busy, team-oriented inpatient medical-surgical and telemetry unit. Candidates are required to bring their nursing license on the first day of orientation.
Job Details
- Location: Macon, GA
- Shift Time: Nights
- Schedule: 8-hour shifts, minimum of 40 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: Valid nursing license, BLS certification, 2 years of Med/Surg/Telemetry RN experience, EPIC electronic medical record system experience (6 months).
- Preferred Qualifications: ACLS certification, additional certifications in medical-surgical care are a plus.
- Float: Float rotation may be required to all Med/Telemetry units, including the Emergency Department (ED) as needed.
- Additional Information:
- Orientation includes 1 day of educational modules and 2 days of departmental training.
- Scrub color for RNs is Navy; parking is available at no cost or can be paid for in parking decks.
- The unit has a busy environment and emphasizes teamwork.
