Required Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN), MS
• Minimum 2 years of experience
• RN license – California
• Certifications: ACLS, BLS (copies required)
• Valid SSN and DOB
• Provide 2 references from the last 12 months
• MS reference and state licensure approval (SCL) within one year
• RTO upon submission
