Cross Country Nurses is seeking a travel nurse RN Intermediate Care for a travel nursing job in Golden, Colorado.

Responsibilities

• Specialty: Intermediate Care
• Discipline: RN
• Perform autonomous nursing functions and delegated medical duties in accordance with state Board of Nursing standards.
• Evaluate health status, develop and implement care plans, provide health education and counseling, and execute delegated medical functions.
• Bring current license on the first day and be prepared to work night shifts.
• Health assessment, health teaching, health counseling, therapy and treatment planning, documentation, and monitoring of therapy and treatment plans.
• May be required to float to other departments based on business needs and be on-call during scheduled shifts.

Job Details

• Location: Golden, Colorado
• Schedule: Nights, 19:00–07:30, three shifts per week
• Hours per week: 36 hours minimum
• Experience: 1+ years of experience required
• Qualifications:
  • ASN - Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing required
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred
  • Current RN License in the state of practice or a Compact License required
  • BLS (AHA) certified required
  • ACLS (AHA) certified required
  • NIHSS certification required
  • TNCC certification preferred
• Additional responsibilities include health assessment, health teaching, health counseling, therapy and treatment planning, execution of medical functions, patient referrals, monitoring therapy and treatment plans, documentation, resource utilization, and promotion of the organization's mission and values.
