Job Details

• Certifications: Current Oklahoma Licensure, BLS (Basic Life Support), ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support), PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) are required.
• Education: Active registered nursing license in the state of Oklahoma.
• Experience: Minimum of 2+ years of nursing experience.
• Shift: Nights, 12-hour shifts, a minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Float: Float rotation may be required.
• Responsibilities include involving patients and their families in care decisions, assessing educational needs, documenting care plans, performing patient handoffs utilizing patient safety tools, and participating in process improvement activities.
• Additional clinical tasks include effective communication, participating in rounds, and completing mandatory trainings and certifications.
