• Provide care in the Electrophysiology Lab as a traveling RN.
• Assist with procedures and patient monitoring as required.

• Minimum Years of Experience: 3 years
• Traveler Experience: Unit accepts 1st time travelers
• Locals Accepted / Rate Difference: Yes
• Skills: Electrophysiology (EP) Lab, Interpretation of dysrhythmias, Laser Assisted Procedures, Permanent Pacemaker Insertion (PPI), Scrub Procedures, Temporary Pacemaker, Watchman, Stocks supplies, Arrhythmia Induction, Cardiac Ablation, Cardiac Mapping, Circulate Procedures, Conduction Studies, Electrophysiology Evaluation, Insertion/Programming of AICDs, Left Atrial Appendage (LAA) Closure, Pacemaker Insertion, Accurate monitoring, Equipment set up, Perform EKG lead placement, Prep access site, Recognition of life-threatening arrhythmias, Room circulator, Scrub- maintain sterile field, Sterile Technique
• Certs: ACLS , BLS

Job Details

• Avg Daily Census: 15 cases
• Unit Will Accept 14 Weeks
• 40 Hours Can be Offered
• Shift: 10 Hour DAYS;

Contract & Staffing

• Contract staff may be assigned to a Storm Team and/or Hurricane Team and may be required to report to work during catastrophic events.
• Consolidation to the Centralized Office mid-contract may occur and contract staff may be preassigned to units as needed.

• Ablations: VT, PVI, CV, A-Flutter, AV Node; ICD/Pacer Placement and exchanges; Laser Lead Extraction; Lead extraction; LAAO
• SPECIAL EQUIPMENT: PFA; Cryo; ESI; IVUS; Cardio Lab; EPIC: CUPID
• UNIT SYSTEMS (Medication, Documentation, Communication): Pyxis, Cupid: EPIC & Cardio Lab, SBAR
