Shift Details

Scheduled hours: 36 per week; 24 hours guaranteed. Banner allows cancellation of 1 shift per week. Must be willing to float to similar units or sister sites if available.

Submission Requirements

• Minimum 24 months ICU experience (with recent experience in last 12 months)
• Life support certifications from AHA, ARC, or ASHI
• No alerts on state license to practice
• RTO within 7 days; no RTO during first week of assignment
• Driver’s license to verify residency
• Travel experience (highly preferred)

• Complete Banner Cover Page
• Resume showing all facilities, departments worked, trauma level designation, and number of beds
• ICU skills checklist completed within last 12 months
• Active license to practice verified in last 30 days
• Active ACLS certification from approved vendor
• Active BLS certification from approved vendor
• Active PALS certification from approved vendor
• Active TNCC certification from approved vendor
• Driver’s license
