Required Qualifications
- At least 3 years of ER RN experience, most recent assignment at a Level 1 or 2 trauma facility.
- Last 12 months must include at least one assignment at a major metropolitan academic institution or trauma center.
- Minimum 1 year of travel nursing experience.
- Recent Apex or Epic Electronic Medical Record (EMR) experience.
- Florida or compact RN license.
- Certifications: BLS, ACLS, and either PALS or ENPC.
- Must pass a specialty‑specific test and an EKG interpretation exam (minimum score 80%).
- No work history gaps over 30 days.
- Reference letters dated within 12 months.
Preferred Qualifications
- Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC).
- Experience with float rotation (may be required).
