Required Qualifications

• At least 3 years of ER RN experience, most recent assignment at a Level 1 or 2 trauma facility.
• Last 12 months must include at least one assignment at a major metropolitan academic institution or trauma center.
• Minimum 1 year of travel nursing experience.
• Recent Apex or Epic Electronic Medical Record (EMR) experience.
• Florida or compact RN license.
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, and either PALS or ENPC.
• Must pass a specialty‑specific test and an EKG interpretation exam (minimum score 80%).
• No work history gaps over 30 days.
• Reference letters dated within 12 months.

Preferred Qualifications

• Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC).
• Experience with float rotation (may be required).
