- Applicable recent experience in this Case Management work setting
- Commitment to quality care and adherence to client legal and client protocols
- Certifications: BLS Certification, PRI (Patient Review Instrument) Certification, SCREEN Training Certification
- Equipment/Procedures: Allscripts
- Weekend/Call: Weekend = Possible; Call = None stated
- Experience: 1 year
